Service Description

ClearDues provides tools for tracking dues and sending payment reminders. ClearDues does not guarantee payment collection.

User Responsibility

• You are responsible for customer data you upload
• Reminders must be sent only to customers you have a business relationship with

WhatsApp Usage

WhatsApp reminders are sent using official APIs and must comply with WhatsApp policies. ClearDues is not responsible for account restrictions imposed by third parties.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating our policies.
